The piece is then hung on a gorgeous black rubber torc that not only maintains the circle but also closes with a strong & secure sterling silver magnetic clasp .  (Tip: holding the leather 2 or 3 inches either side of the clasp then pulling gently apart is the simplest & fastest way of opening this secure neckpiece :-)  )
