Charlie Mahon Ceramics

Having practised ceramic art for years, in 2004 I tried my hand at production pottery and found it thoroughly enjoyable, hard graft yes, but very gratifying. Unfortunately 2008 happened and it was 2016/17 before I was able to put together enough money to come forward with my new ideas. Since then the Charlie Mahon Ceramics brand has been growing and is now found in most counties nationwide. The Mackerel came about from a jaunt on a family outing, fishing for mackerel in Glengarriff , the Sheep are inspired from that area too, you see them meandering all over the place and the Heart ‘Gra’ is a universal and beautiful image that strikes through to the heart of everything.
