Workshop Cancellations

A refund will be issued where cancellation requests are received 7 days in advance of your booked date,  For instance, to receive a refund for a booking on the 8^th, your request must be received 7 days beforehand, on the 1^st at the latest.

No refund is possible for cancellation requests received 6 days or less before your booked date. For instance, for a booking on the 8^th, no refund will be issued if requested from and including the 2^nd onwards.

Class no-shows cannot be refunded or postponed after the fact.

It can take 5 to 10 working days from initiation for refunds to be processed and they will be refunded to the card the booking was made with.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
