Since I was a little child I've always been fascinated by the beautiful, flowing lines of classic sailing yachts. This fascination gave me the inspiration for this 5-piece candle holder.
'La Vela' in Spanish means both 'the candle' and as well 'the sail', so I think it is the perfect name for this piece. Made from a fallen sycamore tree from west Cork and from Cherry wood.
