Christopher Tuohy Furniture & Woodwork

Christopher Tuohy is an award winning furniture designer/maker producing freestanding solid wood furniture from his workshop in Cork City. Originally from Drimoleague in West Cork, he made his first piece of furniture, a simple stool, in early 2021 and within 6 months returned to college to study furniture making full time. Graduating in 2023 his work often blends traditional Irish forms with modern techniques and materials to create pieces with a timeless quality. Christopher can produce pieces in custom dimensions to suit a particular space in your home and also works on commissions for wholly new designs.
